You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.<br style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;">You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px;">Warranties can be provided for goods purchased subject to a reasonable time period. If your item fails within this period, please contact us to resolve the issue. We always aim to repair a product in the first instance. If the item is non-repairable we will replace it for free.<br style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><h4 id="knee-sleeves"><strong>KNEE SLEEVES</strong></h4><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px;">If your knee sleeves start showing signs of wear and deterioration within 12 months, this does not constitute a warranty claim.</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px;">Knee sleeves are subject to repetitive heavy stress, and consideration is given for fair wear and tear as is compliant with the ACL.</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px;">If you choose to use your knee sleeves as shin guards, this is fine, however, it will void any warranty claim as this is not their intended use.<br style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><h4 id="shoes"><strong>SHOES</strong></h4><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px;">If your shoes show signs of wear and deterioration within 12 months, this does not constitute a warranty claim.</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px;">Shoes are subject to repetitive stress, and consideration is given for fair wear and tear as is compliant with the ACL.<br style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><h4 id="wrist-and-knee-wraps"><strong>WRIST AND KNEE WRAPS</strong></h4><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px;">If your&#xA0;wraps start showing signs of wear and deterioration within 12 months, this does not constitute a warranty claim.</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px;">Wraps are subject to repetitive stretching and abrasion from the velcro, consideration is given for fair wear and tear as is compliant with&#xA0;ACL requirements.<br style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><h4 id="massage-guns"><strong>MASSAGE GUNS</strong></h4><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px;">Massage Guns come with a 12 month manufacturer&apos;s warranty for mechanical and electrical failure. This is due to the repetitive load&apos;s massage guns experience over their lifetime.</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px;">We are not required to honour&#xA0;a warranty if the massage gun is used incorrectly or not as advised.<br style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><h4 id="gym-equipment-barbells-weight-plates-racks-and-accessories"><strong>GYM EQUIPMENT: BARBELLS, WEIGHT PLATES, RACKS and accessories.</strong></h4><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px;">All equipment comes with a standard 12 month manufacturer warranty for mechanical failure.&#xA0;For any major mechanical failure within a reasonable time period we will replace the item for free upon inspection (usually by requesting photos or videos of the failure)</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px;">We are not required to honour a product&apos;s warranty if the equipment has been used incorrectly; not as advised; in a destructive manner or assembled incorrectly.</p></div>

We may opt to repair your equipment prior to replacement depending on the circumstances of the damage or defect.

<div><h3 id="belts">BELTS</h3><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px;">If your belt is failing within it&apos;s warranty period, please contact us to resolve the issue. We typically aim to repair the belt first as we have all tooling and materials necessary at our warehouse.</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px;">When contacting us, please send any images of the damage or fault so we can quickly&#xA0;diagnose the issue.</p><h3 id="belt-levers">BELT LEVERS</h3><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px;">If your belt lever has failed (any part of the original lever cast or the pin insert) however your belt has clear signs of mistreatment, e.g. throwing it at a wall, dropping it, chipped paint, dents, etc; this will not constitute a warranty claim as we do not advise to use the product this way.</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px;"><br></p><h3 id="isPasted">KNEE SLEEVES</h3><p>If your knee sleeves tear due to a manufacturing fault, we can have these repairs for you. In particularly, we can repair Inzer Ergo Knee Sleeves. Please note that by repairing the sleeves, they are technically no longer IPF compliant as they have been modified.</p></div>
