Each individual custom belt is meticulously crafted to your specifications by our manufacturing partner and carries an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of 6-8 weeks. However, please note that with the current dispatch delays, this can extend up to 10 weeks.

After a final QA inspection in-house, our custom belts are dispatched from our warehouse situated in Malaga, Australia.

We must mention that any embroidery requested should not include profanity or any racial, ethnic, or minority slurs. We maintain the right to cancel any orders that violate this stipulation.

Also, please note that special characters and symbols cannot be accommodated in the design.

In terms of returns and refunds, please be informed that custom belts cannot be refunded or exchanged due to a change of mind or sizing issues. We advise careful consideration before finalising your order.

We strive to replicate the suede, stitching, and lever colour of your custom belt as closely as possible to the sample images provided. However, slight variances in the final dye colour may occur and we appreciate your understanding in this regard.
